Tory Green has been named CEO of io.net, a pioneer in Decentralized Physical Infrastructure Networks (DePIN). Stepping up from his COO position with io.net, Tory succeeds the departing Ahmad Shadid and will now guide the firm as it grows its Internet of GPUs. Tory Green brings more than two decades of expertise as a tech industry entrepreneur, investor, and C-level executive to his position as CEO of io.net. Tory Green, who held the position of COO before, has played a crucial role in steering io.net’s strategic objectives and expansion. He has amassed a lot of experience about the difficulties involved in growing a decentralized physical infrastructure network in order to rival centralized incumbents. Leading the company’s Series A funding and overseeing day-to-day operations in the months before the leadership change, Tory has played a crucial role in io.net’s development. His main goal is to instill operational excellence and discipline in the new leadership group.
