Polymarket predictions see Donald Trump’s Presidential election winning odds rise to 50% over Kamala Harris (which is also 50%) after the former was attacked for the second time around his Florida golf course on Sunday. Trump was rushed back to safety after gunshots were fired and a man named Ryan Routh has been identified as the suspect. After the Presidential debate that took place on 10 September, both Harris and Trump shared political betting odds of a 49% chance of becoming the 47th president of the United States. The Presidential debate was considered a turning point in Polymarket’s predictions for elections. With Kamala Harris having an edge over Trump in the debate, it certainly reflected on who bettors perceived as the potential President. However, things took a different turn after Trump’s alleged assassination.  The Presidential Election Winner 2024 bet on Polymarket has reached $919,513,532- and will easily reach one billion before elections.  Meanwhile, US President Joe Biden had apparently instructed his team to ensure that the Secret Service has sufficient resources to protect Trump’s safety and VP Kamala Harris said that she was deeply disturbed by the possible assassination attempt against Trump. Crypto community has given mixed reaction to the news, as Bitcoin  dipped later  yesterday. As for altcoins, MAGA trump rose by 0.5% in the past hour and MAGA hat Maga also rose by 0.1% in the past hour. Super Trump , Donald Tremp and MAGA Trump have also seen a decline in their trading value in the last one hour.
