İbrahim Ömer Gönül made a statement regarding the issue, “We are taking steps to implement secondary regulations regarding cryptocurrencies very soon.” Following the publication of the secondary regulation, on-site inspections will be conducted at crypto asset service providers and the authorization process will be completed. As is known, the “Law on Amendments to the Capital Markets Law” numbered 518, known to the public as the cryptocurrency law, entered into force at the beginning of July in Turkey by being published in the Official Gazette on 02.07.2024.
