This announcement follows his recent remarks at the World Government Summit in Dubai three days ago, where he praised Grok 3 as “scary smart” and took a few digs at OpenAI CEO, Sam Altman. It also comes right after OpenAI’s Sam Altman revealed an updated roadmap for GPT-4.5 and GPT-5, though he did not specify an exact date for the new models.
