Major cryptocurrency exchange Binance has announced the inclusion of a new stablecoin, known as World Liberty Financial USD (USD1), onto its platform. This fiat-backed currency will be available for spot trading with the USDT pair starting May 22, 2025. Before trading begins, users have the opportunity to deposit USD1 coins, while withdrawals will commence a day later on May 23. The company claims that their stablecoin offers quicker and more cost-effective transaction options.
