Developing Blockchain Skills With the recent launch of the rebased IOTA mainnet, the foundation is prioritizing skill development to ensure the technology’s successful adoption in industries such as global trade and supply chains. The IOTA Foundation is actively investing in hackathons and EU-backed curricula to cultivate the next generation of blockchain innovators. Addressing the Skills Gap The blockchain sector is currently facing a skills shortage, with demand for blockchain developers surpassing supply. This gap hinders the widespread adoption of distributed ledger technology (DLT).
