Dubai Land Department Picks Ripple XRPL for Property Deeds Firstly, Ctrl Alt will operate the digital asset custody technology of Ripple. The new Real Estate Tokenization Project by Dubai Land Department will be supported with this technology. This project will deploy real estate title deeds on Ripple blockchain, known as the XRP Ledger. Due to this fact, the title deeds will be safe, conveniently stored, and transparent. In the last month, Ctrl Alt informed that it would participate in the project with the Dubai Land Department. So, with the partnership of Ripple, Ctrl Alt will be the first significant custody partner of Ripple in the UAE. This indicates that the region needs safe and compliant systems of digital assets.
