One whale alone bought nearly $50M worth of $ETH yesterday at a price of $3,714, showing growing investor confidence in the asset. While this increase in investor interest didn’t push Ethereum over the $4K threshold, it did mark a 24.5% growth over the past week, such that $ETH is now hovering around $3.8K. Some believe Ethereum will break the $4K barrier soon and it may even reach heights (almost) nobody expects. Arthur Hayes’ $10K Ethereum Prediction Sets the Crypto Market on Fire Arthur Hayes’ bold $10K Ethereum prediction came on July 10, when the chart showed the first signs of a bull push. A tweet as simple as ‘$ETH = $10,000’ was enough to get half a million tweet views and set the crypto community on fire. More recently, he called on the community’s support to cheerlead $ETH to a $5K valuation by next Friday (July 25), which is even bolder and, if coming to fruition, could actually open the road to a $10K ATH. That’s because $ETH’s primary psychological resistance point is at the $4K barrier. If Ethereum fails to push through, it could experience a pullback down to $3.1K, worst-case scenario. If it does break it, there’s no telling where it might stop, but a $10K ATH is not impossible.
