Whale Moves Shake Crypto Market With Millions in PUMP, SYRUP, and ETH Transfers
PumpFun has intensified its buyback program for its PUMP token, moving $5.6 million worth of SOL to a new address to fund purchases. Through this address, the company has acquired $6.68 million worth of PUMP, sending $5.72 million of that amount to its Squads Vault.
Meanwhile, two fresh wallets withdrew a combined 10.98 million SYRUP tokens — around $5.4 million — from Binance. Analysts suspect the withdrawals could be linked, though the motivation remains unclear.
Ethereum also saw notable whale activity. After eight months of dormancy, one major holder deposited 1,383 ETH ($5.39 million) into MEXC. This investor had previously withdrawn 2,768 ETH ($6.45 million) and now sits on an estimated profit of $4.32 million.
In another move, a separate whale offloaded 1.11 billion PUMP tokens, securing 21,763 SOL ($3.79 million) and transferring the funds to Binance. This sale is estimated to have brought in roughly $362,000 in profit.
