Fresh Capital Injection Fuels Bitcoin Treasury Capital’s BTC Accumulation Plan
The company confirmed that 13,803 Class B shares were sold to a mix of existing and new investors at SEK 287 per share — matching the closing price on the Spotlight Stock Market on August 14.
Executives say the proceeds will go entirely toward purchasing additional Bitcoin, a move designed to boost the amount of BTC represented by each share in circulation.
According to CEO Christoffer De Geer, the initiative aligns with the firm’s long-term vision of increasing both shareholder value and its position in the crypto investment market.
“Every coin we acquire strengthens our market standing and supports our growth strategy,” he said, adding that the transaction was carried out at a valuation above the company’s net asset value.
Bitcoin Treasury Capital operates exclusively in Bitcoin, positioning itself as a fully transparent, investor-focused vehicle for BTC exposure.
The company highlights its adherence to strict security protocols and operational best practices as part of its commitment to maintaining investor trust.
With this new injection of capital, the firm says it will continue its aggressive acquisition plan, aiming to steadily increase the proportion of Bitcoin held per share and cement its reputation as one of the most BTC-heavy publicly listed companies in the market.
