Securitize, a global leader in the tokenization of real-world assets (RWA), has announced that it will launch its new European Trading and Settlement System (TSS) on Avalanche (AVAX) after receiving full regulatory approval in the European Union. This move makes Securitize the only company in the world licensed to operate regulated digital securities infrastructure in both the US and the EU. According to the announcement, Securitize’s new European TSS platform has been approved under the European Commission’s DLT Pilot Regime program and will be operational in all 27 EU member states. The system aims to bring speed, efficiency, and transparency to securities transactions across the continent by combining trading and settlement processes on a single digital platform.
