Fortnite Zero Hour Live-Event Credit: Epic Games The massive Chapter 6-ending live-event “Zero Hour” just went down in Fortnite. If you missed the event, it’s still definitely worth watching. This was one of the craziest, most epic Fortnite live-events ever. The event begins with players bouncing between random, brief scenes featuring brief cameos of crossover characters. A giant Homer Simpson. The KPop Demon Hunters. Players become Fall Guys momentarily before teleporting to various concerts with Playboi Carti and Hatsune Miku. The Star Wars “Imperial March” plays as you teleport into space next to some ominous Star Destroyers. Even the Kpop Demon Hunters make an appearance. Kpop Demon Hunters Credit: Epic Games Pretty soon, the event’s Big Bad shows up: A gargantuan, tentacled monster with tusks and four arms, towering over everything. The ensuing battle is enormous. Players are aided by a host of massive champions. King Kong, Godzilla, Optimus Prime – even that giant Homer Simpson. They’re all dwarfed by the monster. Watch the whole thing in the below video: Play Puzzles & Games on Forbes Fortnite is currently down, though players will be able to load up Season 7 later today when servers go back online. Chapter 7, Season 1 is titled“Pacific Break” and has a Hollywood / Los Angeles theme. Apparently players will surf into matches rather than deploy via the Battle Bus. There are also wingsuits you can fly around with that look pretty awesome.
