The AI law, which is known as TRAIGA, the Texas Responsible AI Governance Act, is rather comprehensive and covers a wide variety of potential AI issues. I aim to focus on the legal restrictions associated with the manipulation of human behavior by AI and AI makers. Does the Texas AI law go far enough, or are there sneaky loopholes and discernible omissions? Let’s talk about it.
