The group is currently nominated for Best Rock Performance and Best Rock Album, as “The Emptiness Machine” and the outfit’s comeback set From Zero, respectively, are in the running for genre-specific prizes. Last week, “Somewhere I Belong” debuted on one of the company’s worldwide tallies, and just days later, the same cut launches on another similarly-composed roster, earning Linkin Park another planet-spanning smash. “Somewhere I Belong” Debuts on a Billboard Chart “Somewhere I Belong” appears for the very first time on the Billboard Global Excl U.S. The chart, which was launched by Billboard more than half a decade ago, ranks the most consumed 200 tracks all around the planet using a methodology that includes both sales and streaming activity. Unlike the Billboard Global 200, its companion list, the Billboard Global Excl U.S., does not include any data from American listeners. “Somewhere I Belong” opens at No. 192 this week.
