ARK purchased 141,108 shares of Advanced Micro Devices across multiple ETFs. The purchase was worth approximately $34.16 million. The buy came as AMD stock dropped more than 17% in Wednesday trading.

The fund also acquired 35,766 Tesla shares through the ARK Space Exploration ETF. The purchase totaled roughly $15.09 million. Tesla stock closed 4% lower at $406.01 on Wednesday.

ARK Expands AI Healthcare Bet

ARK bought 407,950 shares of Tempus AI valued at approximately $22.83 million. The purchase reflects the firm’s continued interest in companies focused on AI-driven healthcare solutions. Tempus AI specializes in data analytics for the medical field.

The firm also made a smaller purchase of 36,065 shares in GeneDx Holdings. That transaction totaled $3.44 million. ARK added 37,379 shares of Kodiak AI to its holdings as well.

Major Teradyne Sale Continues Trend

The largest sale of the day involved Teradyne stock. ARK sold 258,001 shares across several ETFs for a total value of approximately $73.01 million. The sale represents a continuation of ARK’s recent strategy to reduce exposure to the semiconductor testing equipment maker.

ARK has been selling Teradyne shares throughout the week. The Wednesday sale marked the biggest single-day reduction in the position.

The firm also trimmed positions in digital advertising and e-commerce stocks. ARK sold 190,830 shares of Global-E Online valued at roughly $6.47 million. The fund reduced its Trade Desk holdings by 156,758 shares totaling about $4.26 million.

ARK sold 107,092 shares of Pinterest during Wednesday’s trading session. The transactions show Wood’s team reallocating capital across different sectors of its portfolio.

The moves reflect ARK’s strategy of buying stocks during price dips while rotating out of positions the firm has held. AMD fell sharply after earnings while Tesla declined along with broader market weakness. Wood’s purchases at lower prices align with her stated approach of adding to positions during selloffs.
