Palmer filed the request in Los Angeles County Superior Court, which issued the temporary order pending a hearing on Dec. 5, the AP reported. Palmer alleged in the filing that Jackson, whom she dated from June 2021 until this October, physically and emotionally abused her and recently trespassed into her home, according to the AP.
