On the other hand, Florida’s House Insurance and Banking Committee passed the state’s reserve bill with a unanimous vote. New Hampshire’s House bill, HB302, has clarified that once the state’s Senate and Governor Ayotte sign it into law, the state treasurer would gain the authority to use 10% of the state’s general funds and other authorized funds to invest in precious metals as well as digital assets. The bill also outlines how the custody of these assets will be maintained.
