As markets adapted to geopolitical shifts and a new U.S. administration, ARK doubled down on its core belief in disruptive innovation, updating investors on key developments in its latest quarterly letter. xAI Merger Reshapes AI and Social Media Landscape A major highlight was ARK’s reinvestment in X Corp, which converted into a stake in xAI following an all-stock merger that valued xAI at $80 billion and X at $33 billion. The newly formed XAI Holdings Corp., led by Elon Musk, combines a vast social media user base with real-time, AI-driven knowledge delivery. Notably, the company has also attracted support from top-tier VCs like a16z and Founders Fund.
