ChainCatcher 消息，荷兰银行 ABN AMRO 在数字资产领域取得新进展，其德国子公司 Hauck Aufhäuser Digital Custody 已获得欧盟《加密资产市场监管条例》（MiCAR）授权，可在统一监管框架下为机构客户提供加密资产托管及交易相关服务，并逐步向其他欧盟成员国扩展。MiCAR 已于 2024 年 12 月 30 日正式生效，此次获批意味着 ABN AMRO 成为较早取得该牌照的机构之一。与此同时，ABN AMRO 还与 DZ BANK 完成首笔跨境场外“智能衍生品合约”（SDC）交易。该交易基于区块链技术运行 10 天，结算、估值与抵押管理在链上自动完成，相关支付通过 SEPA 即时执行并回传至智能合约，用于降低 OTC 衍生品交易中的操作复杂度与对手方风险。ABN AMRO 表示，监管合规与链上金融基础设施将成为其在欧洲推进数字资产与金融创新的重要组成部分。
