ChainCatcher 消息，据 Decrypt 报道，加密 KOL IcoBeast 被取消价值 100 万美元的 MegaETH 代币配额，原因是 IcoBeast 公开表示试图对冲其 MEGA 分配，违反了与一年锁定期相关的规则。 此前，MegaETH 首席战略官 Namik Muduroglu 在 X 上发文称：“任何参与 MegaETH 销售并锁定代币一年的参与者都必须： (i) 为自己的账户获取代币，不得有任何转售或转让意图； (ii) 不得进行任何违反适用法律的转让、转售或对冲交易。任何在推特上公开讨论场外交易和对冲计划的人都将获得退款，且不分配任何代币。” Muduroglu 表示，此次代币发售超额认购28倍。把代币分配给那些还没收到就想卖掉的人毫无意义，如果把这些代币分配给那些看好MEGA，并且至少愿意在他们自己设定的锁定期内持有的人，这对MegaETH和其他MEGA持有者更有利。
