The post 韓国銀行が中銀デジタル通貨の試験運用へ、2024年に10万人規模で appeared on BitcoinEthereumNews.com. 3か月の実証実験予定 韓国が、2024年に国民10万人が参加する中央銀行デジタル通貨（CBDC）の試験運用を開始する予定だという。現地紙「コリアタイムズ（The Korea Times）」が11月23日報じた。 報道によれば、韓国銀行（BOK）と金融委員会（FSC）、金融監督院（FSS）が共同でこの計画を発表した。 実証実験では、選出された10万人の国民個人が、商業銀行（市中銀行）発行のCBDCを使用して店頭で商品を購入する。なおこのCBDCは指定された支払い目的のみに使用され、個人的な送金といったその他用途には使用できないように制限されるとのこと。 またこの実証実験に選ばれた商業銀行は、2024年の9月～10月頃に国民から参加者を募集し、3ヶ月間プロジェクトを実施するとのことだ。 BOKはCBDCが、パンデミック中の特別助成金や政府が提供する育児助成金など、既存の助成金制度が抱える取引手数料の高さ、決済プロセスの遅さ、取引後の検証の限界、不正請求に対する懸念などの課題を大幅に解決する可能性があると考えているという。 またこの実証実験は、CBDCを発行・流通させることの実現可能性と有効性を評価するため、技術的な実験も行われる予定とのこと。 具体的には、BOKが韓国取引所と協力のうえ、CBDCを炭素排出権取引のシミュレーション・システムに統合し、炭素排出権と支払トークン間の受渡し対支払取引の実現可能性をテストするとのことだ。 BOKは10月4日、国際決済銀行（BIS）らと協力し、CBDCのホールセール（金融機関などの大口業務）テストを開始することを発表していた。なお同テストはFSCとFSSが監督を行っている。 関連ニュース 韓国中央銀行、CBDCのホールセールテスト開始へ 韓国CBDCプロジェクトにサムスン協力、オフライン決済分野で 韓国中央銀行、CBDC発行や償還を今夏シュミレーション 韓国銀行が中央銀行デジタル通貨（CBDC）の仮想運用テストを2021年に開始予定 フランス銀行が中銀デジタル通貨の実験レポート公開、ホールセール型CBDCの有用性を報告 参考：コリアタイムズimages：iStock/daboost・Harvepino Source: https://www.neweconomy.jp/posts/354630
