ZKのエアドロ実施へ イーサリアム（Ethereum）レイヤー2プロトコル「zkシンク（zkSync）」の独自トークン「ZK」のエアドロップが、日本時間で6月17日16:00に実施される予定だ。「zkシンク」のコミュニティ「ZKネイション（ZK Nation）」が6月11日発表した。 同コミュニティによると「ZK」のエアドロップ数は、合計発行枚数210億ZKのうち36億7,500万ZK（17.50%）になるとのこと。またエアドロップ対象者が「ZK」をクレーム（請求）できる期間は6月17日から2025年1月3日までとなっている。なお「ZK」のエアドロップは1回限りとされている。 またエアドロップ対象者が自身に割り当てられるエアドロップ数を確認できるエアドロップチェッカーも公開されている。ちなみにエアドロップ対象となるウォレット合計数は69万5,232ウォレットとのこと。 なおエアドロップを取得する資格があるユーザーについては、「zkシンク」で取引を行いエアドロップの対象となる活動量の閾値を満たしたユーザー、または「zkシンク」のエコシステムとプロトコルに貢献した個人、開発者、研究者、コミュニティ、企業と説明されている。 またエアドロップにおけるスナップショット（権利確定日）は今年3月24日00:00（UTC）に実施されているとのこと。 そしてエアドロップ以外の「ZK」の内訳については、zkシンクトークンアセンブリ（ZKsync Token Assembly）が61億4,670万ZK（29.27%）、zkシンク財団（ZKsync Foundation）は41億7,900万ZK（19.90%）、投資家・アドバイザーには約36億1,087万ZK（17.19%）、「zkシンク」開発元のマターラボ（Matter Labs）チームが約33億8,912万ZK（16.14%）となっている。 なお投資家・アドバイザー及びマターラボチームに割り当てられた「ZK」は最初の1年間ロックされ、ロック解除は2025年6月から2028年6月までの3年間にわたって実施されるという。 ちなみに「ZK」は、「zkシンク」のアップグレードに関する投票やネットワーク料金の支払い、ステーキングなどに利用可能とのこと。 なおZKネイションの発足は、「zkシンク」によって今月10日に発表されたばかりだ。そして「ZKネイション」では「zkシンク」の継続的な開発を推進する為のガバナンスシステム「zkシンクガバナンスシステム」が導入されるという。 「zkシンクガバナンスシステム」は、zkシンクトークンアセンブリ（ZKsync Token Assembly）、zkシンクセキュリティカウンシル（ZKsync Security Council）、zkシンクガーディアン（ZKsync Guardians）の3つのオンチェーン組織で構成されるとのことだ。 またマターラボは6月3日に「ZK」の商標出願を全て取りやめると発表していたが、今回「zkシンク」のエアドロップのトークン名は「ZK」として進められている。 関連ニュース zkSyncがコミュニティ「ZK Nation」発足、プロトコルの管理・保護・成長を目的に イーサリアムL2「zkSync」が6月末にエアドロか、v24アップグレード予定時期を発表 zkSync開発元マターラボ、「ZK」の商標出願を取り下げ zkSyncによるティッカー「ZK」使用に非難集まる、PolygonやStarkWareらが共同声明も サークル「USDC」、イーサL2「zkSync」にネイティブ対応へ 参考：ZK Nation 1・ZK Nation 2images：iStocks/AntonioSolano Source: https://www.neweconomy.jp/posts/396488
