The post 貿易情報連携プラットフォーム「TradeWaltz」、ベトナム「TradeFlat」とシステム連携へ | あたらしい経済 appeared on BitcoinEthereumNews.com. 「TradeWaltz」がベトナム「TradeFlat」とシステム連携へ ブロックチェーン活用の貿易情報連携プラットフォーム「TradeWaltz（トレードワルツ）」が、ベトナム初の貿易プラットフォーム「TradeFlat（トレードフラット）」とシステム連携を進める。「TradeWaltz」を運用するトレードワルツが10月31日発表した。 発表によるとトレードワルツは24日、「TradeFlat」開発元でベトナムのFPTコーポレーションと今後のシステム連携に関する協業MoUを締結したという。システムの初期的な連携は来年2月末までに完成し、その後ブラッシュアップをしていく予定であるとのこと。 なお8月22日に発表された「日ASEAN経済共創ビジョン」において、ブロックチェーン上で日ASEANの貿易手続きをデジタル化し、繋ぐコンセプトが発表されてから、トレードワルツが協業MoUを締結するのはブルネイ、タイ、シンガポール、インドネシアに次ぎ5カ国目となった。これによりトレードワルツは、ASEAN10カ国のうち5カ国と本格的なシステム連携に向けて着手したことになるという。 ちなみに「日ASEAN経済共創ビジョン」は、政府間協議による今後50年の経済共創方針。対象となる4つの方針のうち「サイバー・フィジカルコネクティビティの強化」では、インド太平洋経済枠組（IPEF）の具体化や、シームレスな物流網構築に向けた、貿易手続きの撤廃・デジタル化、DFFT（自由で信頼あるデータ流通）を含み、その施策としては「ブロックチェーン技術を活用した、日ASEANにおける商流・物流・金流の貿易手続きデジタル化・連携」が述べられている。 トレードワルツは、日本国内で唯一のブロックチェーン上で商流・物流・金流の貿易手続きをデジタル化するプラットフォームとして、この方針に沿って、ASEAN各国と協働し、日ASEANでの貿易デジタル化の取組を進めているとのことだ。 FPTコーポレーションは、金融機関と共に、2022年10月に貿易金融のLC決済をブロックチェーン上で行う同国初の貿易プラットフォーム「TradeFlat（旧eTradeVN）」を開発・発表している。同プラットフォームは、ブロックチェーン上でエンドツーエンドのLC業務を処理し、従来のL/C取引フローと比較して、書類授受にかかる時間を90％削減し、銀行スタッフの業務処理時間を50％削減し、生産性と作業効率を3倍向上させているとのこと。現在はFPT子会社のFPTジャパンホールディングスによって同プラットフォームは日本市場でも展開中だという。 FPTコーポレーションは「TradeFlat」の商流や金流の機能拡張のためトレードワルツへ連携打診。その検討の結果、今回本格的に連携改修を進めることになったとのことだ。 なお「あたらしい経済」編集部は、「TradeFlat」で採用されているブロックチェーン基盤についてトレードワルツへ問い合わせを行っている。返答が得れれ次第、この記事に追記させていただく予定だ。ちなみに「TradeWaltz」についてはエンタープライズ向けブロックチェーン基盤である「Hyperledger Fabric（ハイパーレッジャーファブリック）」が採用されている（下記参照）。 トレードワルツとは トレードワルツ社はNTTデータ、三菱商事、豊田通商、東京海上日動火災保険、三菱UFJ銀行、兼松、損害保険ジャパンの大手7社の共同出資によって2020年4月に設立され、その後政府の支援や東京大学のベンチャーキャピタル、物流会社2社等の共同出資をうけ、現在は10社共同出資の産官学スタートアップとして活動している。 また2020年11月以降に貿易のデジタル化、DXを目標に事業開始し、伊藤忠商事や双日、住友商事、三井物産、富士フィルム、三井住友銀行、NEC、ブルボンなどがトレードワルツの「貿易情報連携効率化・普及に向けたコンソーシアム（通称:貿易コンソーシアム）」に参加。今年5月には同コンソーシアムの会員企業数は200社を突破している。 また「TradeWaltz」は、貿易業務における紙書類の処理プロセスなどを簡略化し、業務の効率化をするブロックチェーン活用のプラットフォームだ。導入により業務効率化の他、リモートワークの促進もできるという。なお「TradeWaltz」にはエンタープライズ向けブロックチェーン基盤である「Hyperledger Fabric（ハイパーレッジャーファブリック）」が採用されている。 関連ニュース 参考：トレードワルツimages：iStocks/Aleksandra-Zhilenkova Source: https://www.neweconomy.jp/posts/349317
