HashKey Exchange、アバランチ（AVAX）取り扱い開始 香港において初めて、個人投資家向けの暗号資産（仮想通貨）取引所として認可を受けたHashKey Exchange（ハッシュキーエクスチェンジ）が、アバランチ（AVAX）の取り扱いを9月28日開始した。 取引ペアはAVAX/USDとなっており、入出金にも対応する。なおサポートするのはアバランチのCチェーン（Contract Chain）だ。 ただし同取引所においてAVAXの取引が行えるのは、800万香港ドル（約1.5億円）のポートフォリオをもつ「プロ投資家」のみが対象となっている。 なおHashKey ExchangeではAVAX/USDの他に、BTC/USD、ETH/USD、USDT/USDの3つの取引ペアが取り扱われている。 香港は、暗号資産取引所などの暗号資産サービスプロバイダー（VASP）に対する新たなライセンス制度を導入する法案を昨年12月7日に可決。同法律は今年6月1日より施行され、これにより個人投資家の暗号資産取引が解禁となった。 香港政府はこれまで投資家保護の観点から、暗号資産取引を適格投資家のみに限定することを提言していた。しかし、それによりイノベーションの阻害や暗号資産事業者の海外流出、FTXのような海外取引所を利用することによる投資家被害などが発生したため、香港政府は2022年11月に「個人投資家による暗号資産取引の容認」を提案し、SFCが協議プロセスを開始した。 そのような流れを受け、今回の規制案には、個人投資家による暗号資産取引サービスの利用を認可する提案が含まれたというわけだ。ただし、取引が認められる暗号資産には条件があり、条件を満たす「適格な大型暗号資産」のみ取引可能となっている。 関連ニュース 参考：ハッシュキーエクスチェンジ・ハッシュキーエクスチェンジ2・ハッシュキーエクスチェンジ3デザイン：一本寿和images:iStocks/artsstock・ivanmollov Source: https://www.neweconomy.jp/posts/341857
