The post メタプラネットがビットコイン追加購入、合計保有数245.992BTCに | あたらしい経済 appeared on BitcoinEthereumNews.com. メタプラネットが10億円分のビットコイン追加購入を完了 東証スタンダード上場企業のメタプラネットが、同社として6度目となるビットコインの追加購入完了を7月22日発表した。 同社は先月6月24日に新たに10億円相当のビットコインを追加購入することを発表。その後7月1日に10億円のうち2億円分のビットコインを購入。続けて7月9日に4億円、16日に2億円相当のビットコインを購入した。今夏の追加購入でメタプラネットが予告した10億円分のビットコイン追加購入は完了した。 発表によると、今回メタプラネットが2億円で追加購入したビットコインは20.381BTC。1BTCあたりの購入価格は9,813,061円とのこと。 これにより同社のビットコイン合計保有数は245.992BTCとなった。購入総額は24億5,000万円で1BTCあたり9,959,687円で購入したという。 なお7月に段階的に実施した10億円分のビットコイン購入の結果は、購入枚数104.919BTC、平均購入価格は1BTCあたり9,531,162円とのことだ。 記事執筆時点で1BTCの価格は、10,690,901.14円となっている（2024.7.22 10:42コインマーケットキャップ調べ）。なお前回の平均購入額は9,972,933円だった。 メタプラネットは4月8日、資金管理戦略の一環として、ビットコイン（BTC）を購入する方針を発表。新株予約権の行使により調達する約9.35億円の資金ほとんどをBTCの購入に充て、保管する予定だとしていた。 そして4月22日には予告通りに10億円分のビットコインの購入が実施されていた。 なお同社がBTCを自己資産に組み入れることを決定したのは、「インフレヘッジ、同通貨がマクロ経済回復から受ける恩恵、そして長期的な資本価値向上の基盤としての可能性を多面的に理解したため」であると発表されている。 またBTCについては「ビットコインはボラティリティが高い通貨との側面がありますが、長期的に見た場合には価値が恒常的に上昇しており、長期保有に適していると考えております」とも同社は伝えている。 その他にメタプラネットは6月25日、ビットコイン関連の100%子会社「Metaplanet Capital Limited」の設立予定を発表している。なお新会社の事業内容は「主に、ビットコインの保有・管理、ビットコインに関連する運用など」である。 なお「あたらしい経済」編集部がメタプラネットへビットコインの購入先について取材したところ、「開示予定はあるが、現状では非公開」との回答を得た。 関連ニュース 参考：メタプラネットimages:iStocks/eugenesergeev・Ninja-Studio Source: https://www.neweconomy.jp/posts/404809

The post 韓国で「暗号資産利用者保護法」が施行、規制強化へ appeared on BitcoinEthereumNews.com. 暗号資産規制強化へ 韓国の金融規制当局（FSC）が、「暗号資産利用者保護法」を7月19日から施行した。 同法は暗号資産市場の健全な秩序を確立し、利用者の保護を確保することを目的としたもの。「利用者の預金及び仮想資産を保護すること」、「価格操作などの不公正な取引行為を規制すること」、「金融規制当局が暗号資産サービスプロバイダー（VASP）を監督、検査、制裁し、不公正な取引行為を行っている者を調査し、適切な措置を講じる権限を与えること」等が盛り込まれている。 VASPへは、顧客資産を銀行で保管することや、顧客資産の分別管理及び顧客資産と同等の暗号資産を実際に保有すること、また、ハッキング等のネットワーク障害事故による賠償責任に備え、保険への加入や、事故に備えた積立金の積み立てなどが義務付けられる。 またVASPは、不審な取引の監視体制を常時整備し、不審な取引を直ちに韓国の金融規制当局である韓国金融監督院（FSS）に報告しなければならない。不公正取引行為が発覚した場合は、刑事罰や課徴金の対象となる可能性があるとのことだ。 また同法の施行により、FSSには、VASPが利用者保護の義務を遵守しているか検査する権限が与えられ、FSCにはルール違反者に対して是正命令、業務停止命令、行政罰などの制裁を科す権限が付与されるとのことだ。 韓国の国会では昨年6月30日、暗号資産の不公平取引に損害賠償責任を課す新法「暗号資産利用者保護法案」が可決された。 同法案では、非公開情報の使用、市場操作、不公正な取引慣行などの違反行為に対する罰則が定められている。 また、韓国の与党「国民の力（국민의힘）」は暗号資産取引収益への課税を少なくとも2028年まで遅らせることを7月12日に提案している。 関連ニュース バイナンス、韓国取引所ゴーパックスの株式大半を売却へ＝報道 韓国国税庁、脱税防止で「暗号資産取引情報管理システム」構築へ＝報道 韓国、ハッキングされた暗号資産を上場禁止するガイドライン発表へ＝報道 韓国FSCが7月から消費者保護規則発行、暗号資産犯罪者に終身刑の罰則も 韓国金融情報院、VASPらにコンプライアンス能力強化を要請 参考：FSC発表・国民の力　提案image:iStock/Jae-Young-Ju Source: https://www.neweconomy.jp/posts/404794
