Investor sentiment towards digital assets plummeted last week, resulting in most outflows of investment products. Coinshares latest report revealed five consecutive weeks of outflows, with BTC being the main cause of “poor sentiment”. A total of $32M was withdrawn from crypto funds between May15 & May19. Coinshares Head of Research James Butterfill reported a continuing trend of negative sentiment towards BTC over the last five weeks. Institutional shedding this week resulted in outflows of $232M.
