“Bitcoin has completed the bearish sequence that began with the October 10 deleveraging event,” said Gabe Selby, head of research at CF Benchmarks. The recent washout retested and briefly undercut the April Liberation Day lows.

Selby noted massive long liquidations occurred during the weekend move. He pointed to regulatory uncertainty and early signs of hawkish Federal Reserve policy repricing as factors pressuring Bitcoin prices.

“Now that April lows have been taken out, bitcoin is at a clear inflection point,” Selby explained. Aggressive, high-volume buying is needed to establish new bullish market structure or downside risks remain toward liquidation clusters below $70,000.

Stock Markets Extend Rally

U.S. stock futures climbed Tuesday morning after Monday’s strong performance. S&P 500 futures gained 0.3% while Nasdaq 100 futures advanced 0.7%. Dow Jones Industrial Average futures traded flat after a 500-point gain Monday.
