Stay strong!” Menendez—similar to Santos—is facing calls for expulsion, including from Fetterman, after being charged with four counts of bribery and acting as an agent of the Egyptian government, as federal prosecutors allege Menendez took bribes from Egyptian officials and private businessmen in exchange for information and favors. Menendez has pleaded not guilty to all charges facing him and has maintained his innocence, refusing to resign. Forbes reached out to Menendez’s office for comment on the video.
