July is gearing up to be a pivotal month for XRP as the SEC is expected to decide the fate of several XRP-related exchange-traded funds (ETFs).  Analyst Nick, popularly referred to as Crypto Crusader, called the XRP community’s attention to the multiple XRP ETF deadlines in July.  ProShares XRP ETFs  The first deadline is July 14, when ProShares aims to launch three futures-based XRP ETFs. They include the ProShares Ultra XRP ETF, the UltraShort XRP ETF, and the Short XRP ETF. Notably, through these futures XRP ETFs, investors could gain exposure to twice the daily performance of the coin.  According to an accompanying screenshot, ProShares submitted the applications to launch the futures-based XRP ETFs in January 2025. Meanwhile, ProShares previously set April 30 as the effective date for the products. It postponed the date, according to a June 24 post-effective amended prospectus. In the filing, ProShares locked in July 14 as the date it intends to launch all three XRP ETFs, provided the SEC does not object.  In the meantime, the issuer’s Ultra XRP ETF recently listed on the Depository Trust and Clearing Corporation (DTCC) under the ticker UXRP.
