The Hong Kong Monetary Authority (HKMA) has issued a public alert concerning a fraudulent website and internet banking login screen that are impersonating DBS Bank (Hong Kong) Limited. According to the HKMA, the fake website and login screen have been reported to the authority, raising concerns about potential phishing attacks aimed at unsuspecting users. Fraudulent Website Reported The HKMA released a statement to inform the public about the fraudulent activities. The authority emphasized that legitimate banks, including DBS Bank (Hong Kong) Limited, do not send SMS or emails with embedded hyperlinks directing users to their websites for transactions.
