Kava, an open-source non-custodial DeFi ecosystem, announced the launch of its community-controlled memecoins creation platform, HARD.fun. According to Kava, the AI-powered decentralized memecoins launchpad will be the first of its kind. The Layer 1 protocol said the AI chatbot can generate new memecoins on any selected blockchain. In its November 13 press release, Kava said the automated platform will pave the way for the crypto community to actualize their “memetic visions.” The statement claims that the decentralized memecoins generator is in line with crypto’s community-first fundamental values. It claims the Kava AI chatbot is designed to promote the crypto community’s autonomy, unlike the centralized Gra.fun, Pump.fun, and Moonshot, which are developer-controlled. Hard.fun claims one of its main missions is to break down the barriers to memecoins creation through the Kava AI chatbot, which directly relates with the Kava Chain, plus any EVM and Cosmo-based network. In the statement, Kava says users only have to tell the chatbot what kind of token they want to create and the required variables. Then, the memecoins will be generated automatically to the user’s preferred blockchain. It also cited the importance of this feature, saying that the most successful memecoins are based on the best ideas, not the best codebase.
