Mantle Core has submitted a proposal to create a $200 million fund for early-stage Web3 startups, aiming to boost adoption of its Ethereum layer-2 network, Mantle, among developers and Dapps. BitDAO’s treasury would provide $100 million in USD Coin, while another $100 million would come from external matching capital from strategic venture partners.
