Metaplanet witnesses a 26.49% stock surge on June 6, after the fundraise announcement.  The former CEO of Strategy, Michael Saylor, states that Bitcoin is a multi-decade story unfolding, and its price can touch $13 million by 2045.  Metaplanet witnessed a significant surge of 26.49% on June 6 following the announcement of a massive $5.4 billion fundraise via an equity financing plan, for extra BTC purchases.  The trading day closed at $11.65 and is up 245% in the past month. The market expert predicts that it can still witness a 5x rally by the end of this year, if the price of Bitcoin surges to $200k.  Metaplanet plans to issue 5.5 billion new shares via floating strike price warrants. It will also leverage its stock volatility and current market demand.  The founder of Suz Capital, Richard Byworth, states that the recent fundraising by the company will also boost the market capitalisation by 75% and widen its Bitcoin holding seven times.  The Three Hypotheses  He further went on to add that the scale of fundraising is normally unprecedented, and also surpasses the boldness of Michael Saylor’s BTC acquisition in 2021. In this, the analyst assumed that the price of BTC is stable, then the market net asset value for the Metaplanet stock can possibly reach 3.5x.
