This marks the company’s fourth consecutive week of Bitcoin purchases. As per Bloomberg, MicroStrategy has around $11.3 billion remaining in its stock issuance program, which is part of a larger strategy to secure $21 billion in funding through fixed-income securities by 2027. In fact, according to the latest filing with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), MicroStrategy acquired 15,400 BTCs between the 25th of November and the 1st of December, purchasing them at an average price of around $95,976 per token.
