The reward for the node will be shared between the two of them. This is the first instance of a public company and the world’s most popular memecoin coming together to run shared validator infrastructure on Solana. DeFi Dev Corp. hopes to leverage validator partnerships to increase revenue streams and accumulate additional SOL. One of the primary objectives of the company is to increase its SOL Per Share (SPS) metric representing how much Solana each share of DFDV has.
