(“Ionic Digital” or the “Company”), Tony Vejseli, Chris Villinger, and Brett Perry (collectively, the “Nominating Stockholders”) today announced that they have established a website that will enable Ionic Digital stockholders to vote for their nominees – Mike Abbate and Oliver Wiener – by proxy at Ionic Digital’s upcoming annual meeting of stockholders currently scheduled for March 17, 2025 (the “Annual Meeting”). Ionic Digital has refused to deliver its stockholder list to the Nominating Stockholders. The Nominating Stockholders therefore filed a lawsuit in the Delaware Court of Chancery to obtain the stockholder list and a trial is scheduled for March 11, 2025. Even with these tactics, stockholders can still vote for Mike Abbate and Oliver Weiner. The Nominating Stockholders have established a website to allow stockholders to vote for the Nominating Stockholders’ nominees. Stockholders of Ionic Digital can go to www.ionicvote.com and vote for a GOLD proxy card today! The website also contains other relevant information and documents concerning the Nominating Stockholders and the Company, including a copy of the Nominating Stockholders’ proxy statement. All Ionic Digital stockholders are encouraged to read the proxy statement and vote their GOLD proxy card today. Given the short time frame until the Annual Meeting on March 17th, the Nominating Stockholders invite all stockholders to vote today!
