The post きらぼし・みんな・四国の3銀行がステーブルコイン発行実証実験、「Japan Open Chain」で | あたらしい経済 appeared on BitcoinEthereumNews.com. きらぼし・みんな・四国の3行がステーブルコイン発行の実証実験 東京きらぼしフィナンシャルグループ・みんなの銀行・四国銀行の3行が、G.U.Technologies開発のブロックチェーン「Japan Open Chain」上で、日本法に準拠するステーブルコイン発行に向けた実証実験開始を3月2日発表した。 この実証実験で同3行は、G.U.Technologies開発の「金融機関向けステーブルコイン発行・管理システム」を通じて、「Japan Open Chain」上で各銀行独自のステーブルコイン型電子マネーの発行や送金などを行うとのこと。 最終的には銀行勘定系のテスト環境および本番環境とも連携しながら、法的に裏付けのあるステーブルコインの発行を目指すとのことだ。 なお「Japan Open Chain」はEVM（イーサリアムバーチャルマシン）互換のため、今回実証するステーブルコインはメタマスク（MetaMask）などのEVM互換のウォレットで利用可能だという。 今後G.U.Technologiesは、資産的裏付けを持ち、法的要件を満たしたステーブルコインシステムの実装を行うとともに、自治体や民間企業を巻き込んだ実証実験を通して、ステーブルコインの企業間送金や一般生活者の利用など普及に向けた取り組みを推進していくとしている。 なおG.U.Technologiesはステーブルコインについて「日本ではアメリカやEUに先駆けて、ステーブルコインを規制する法律である改正資金決済法が今年6月までに施行される予定で、日本円のみならず世界中の通貨で発行が可能になることから、世界中の決済を日本が担う可能性も含め日本の金融機関としては大きなビジネスチャンスになると考えられております」とリリースで述べている。 「Japan Open Chain」とは 「Japan Open Chain」は昨年4月にベータ版が公開された、イーサリアム・バーチャル・マシン（EVM）互換の国産ブロックチェーンだ。 「Japan Open…
