The post セキュリタイズ、みずほ銀行向け「デジタルエンゲージメントプラットフォーム」構築。NTTデータらと協業で | あたらしい経済 appeared on BitcoinEthereumNews.com. セキュリタイズがみずほ銀行向け「デジタルエンゲージメントプラットフォーム」構築 セキュリティトークン（ST：証券トークン）プラットフォーム提供のセキュリタイズジャパン（Securitize Japan）が、みずほ銀行向けの「デジタルエンゲージメントプラットフォーム」を構築したことを2月22日発表した。 なおこのプラットフォームはブロックチェーンを活用し、発行体が投資家と直接接点を持つことを可能にするシステム基盤だ。セキュリタイズジャパンが、みずほリサーチ&テクノロジーズ（MHRT）およびNTTデータとの協業により構築したとのこと。 なおこの「デジタルエンゲージメントプラットフォーム」は、みずほ銀行によって公社債などの金融商品の発行体に向けて提供が開始されている。 「あたらしい経済」編集部がセキュリタイズジャパン広報に問い合わせたところ、このプラットフォームは食品系メーカーのカゴメが1月31日に発行予定を発表した「カゴメ 日本の野菜で健康応援債」にて用いられていることが確認できた。 「デジタルエンゲージメントプラットフォーム」について 「デジタルエンゲージメントプラットフォーム」は、投資家の情報を証券会社などの販売会社のみが管理している伝統的な公社債などの金融商品の発行において困難だった、発行体によるタイムリーな投資家情報の取得について、提供が可能になるとのこと（投資家からの事前同意が前提）。 これにより発行体は、投資家に対する特典や自社情報の提供を通じた投資家とのエンゲージメント向上が期待でき、また投資家は当該情報等の享受という金融成果以外の投資メリットを得られるとのことだ。 具体的には、各販売会社が登録した投資家に対して、情報共有の同意の取得や付与する特典の選択、簡単なアンケートを取得するための入力フォームの通知メールを本プラットフォームから送信することが可能になるという。メールを受信した投資家のうち、発行体への情報共有に同意した投資家の情報は、同プラットフォームを通じて発行体に共有可能になり、発行体はその情報を利用することで、ポイントや特典の付与ができるようになるとのことだ。 またこのプラットフォームを活用することで、特典付与対象の投資家の登録を、その販売に関わる各金融機関が共同で実施可能となるという。この際に各社がアクセスできる投資家情報の制御が可能なため、不必要な情報共有はされない仕組みになるとのこと。これにより複数のステークホルダーとの柔軟な連携が可能となると説明がされている。 なお「デジタルエンゲージメントプラットフォーム」は、みずほ銀行向けにMHRTおよびNTTデータが構築したブロックチェーン基盤に、セキュリタイズプラットフォームが接続することで構築されているという。セキュリタイズプラットフォームでは、パブリックブロックチェーンを含む多様なブロックチェーンから利用するチェーンを選択できるとのこと。またアプリケーションレベルでは汎用的なAPIが提供されており、今後の業務管理システムや外部連携に柔軟に対応できるとのことだ。 関連ニュース 参考：セキュリタイズデザイン：一本寿和images:iStocks/metamorworks・Who_I_am Source: https://www.neweconomy.jp/posts/298448
