The post 三井倉庫ロジスティクス、ブロックチェーン活用の物流管理システムを本格稼働 | あたらしい経済 appeared on BitcoinEthereumNews.com. 三井倉庫ロジスティクスがブロックチェーン活用の物流管理システムを本格稼働 家電量販大手の上新電機向けの店舗配送業務において、ブロックチェーン技術を活用した物流管理システムが導入および本格稼働を開始した。同社の物流運営を支援する三井倉庫ロジスティクス（MSL）が8月7日発表した。 なお同システムを構築したのは、LOZIとZEROBILLBANK JAPAN（ZBB）および東芝デジタルソリューションズ。LOZIとZBBが共同で開発した物流DX支援パッケージ「Trace Ledger」を中核に、東芝のブロックチェーン基盤「DNCWARE Blockchain+」を連携して構築したという。 「Trace Ledger」は、LOZIのSmartBarcode技術を活用することで、出荷から販売店舗での検品まで、物流に関わるサプライチェーン関係者がスマートフォンなどの携帯端末でQRコードを読み取り、拠点や役務に応じたトレースデータの記録、蓄積、共有が可能とのこと。 なお入力されたデータは、ZBBのブロックチェーン基盤管理プラットフォームを経由して、「DNCWARE Blockchain+」に保存されるとのこと。 ちなみに「あたらしい経済」編集部が東芝に取材したところ「DNCWARE Blockchain+」は、同社の独自開発したブロックチェーン基盤とのこと。東芝の実績あるクラスタ技術（複数のコンピューターを連携させてひとつのシステムとして動作させる技術）をベースに開発されているという。 当該物流管理システムに「DNCWARE Blockchain+」を採用することで、改ざんなどの不正防止を実現したとのこと。 また同システム導入により、「ペーパーレス化によるドライバー拘束時間の削減と環境負荷の低減」がされたという。帳票や伝票など配送にかかる紙の帳票のデジタル化により、現場とのシームレスなやり取りや事務処理の効率化を実現。またシステム上で連携し配送情報を事前に共有することで、ドライバーが施設に到着後すぐに検品、積込み作業を開始できるようになり、ドライバーの拘束時間を削減し、直面する物流・運送業界の「2024年問題」にも対応するという。さらに紙の削減によりCO2削減効果も見込まれ環境負荷低減にも貢献するとのこと。 ちなみに物流・運送業界の「2024年問題」とは、働き方改革法案によりドライバーの労働時間に上限が課されることで生じる問題のこと。 ドライバーの時間外労働時間が年間960時間に制限されることで、一人当たりの走行距離が短くなり、長距離でモノが運べなくなることが懸念されている。 その他にも同システム導入の効果として、「物流情報の透明性向上」が期待されるという。商品の出荷から納入までの取引履歴をブロックチェーン上に記録することで、リアルタイムでの追跡・管理情報が共有されながら、不正行為の抑止にも貢献するとのこと。物流情報の透明性を大幅に向上させることで、安心できる企業間の情報管理が可能になるという。 そして同システムはサプライチェーン全体の最適化にも繋がるとのこと。トレーサビリティの可視化や事業者間での情報共有が迅速化されることで、貨物の追跡や異常時のタイムリーな対応が可能となるとのことだ。 関連ニュース 参考：三井倉庫ロジスティクスimages:iStocks/your_photo・Rudzhan-Nagiev Source: https://www.neweconomy.jp/posts/409174
