The post バイナンスUSからCZ経営の別会社へ約538億円送金か、関係者らは詳細を語らず＝ロイター | あたらしい経済 appeared on BitcoinEthereumNews.com. バイナンスUSからCZ氏経営企業へ4億ドル送金 大手暗号資産（仮想通貨）取引所のバイナンス（Binance）が、バイナンスUS（Binance US）の口座からバイナンスCEOのCZ氏が経営する取引会社へ巨額の資金を移していたことが明らかとなった。バイナンスの銀行記録と社内メッセージの調査により判明した。 ロイターが確認した記録によると、2021年1月から3月の間で4億ドル（約538億円）以上がシルバーゲート銀行のバイナンスUSの口座から取引会社「メリットピーク（Merit Peak）」へ送金されている。 また、記録ではバイナンスUSの口座は、バイナンスUSの運営会社「BAMトレーディング（BAM Trading Services）」の名前で登録されていたという。 社内メッセージによれば「メリットピーク」への送金は2020年後半から始まったという。 これについて送金の理由や顧客預金が含まれていたかなどは確認できなかった。しかし当時、顧客預金が保管されていたとされるカストディアン企業「プライム・トラスト（Prime Trust）」が、四半期中にバイナンスUSへ6億5000万ドル（約875億円）を送金していたことが銀行記録で明らかになっている。（なお当時のバイナンスの公開利用規約では、顧客預金はシルバーゲート銀行とプライム・トラストで保管されるとされていた） ロイターがバイナンスUSの広報担当者のキンバリー・ソワード（Kimberly Soward）氏へ質問をしたところ、「メリットピークはバイナンスUSのプラットフォーム上で取引などのサービスを提供していない」「銀行口座にアクセスできるのはバイナンスUSの従業員だけ」とコメント。またソワード氏はロイターの記事は「古い情報」を称していると述べ、それ以上の明言を避けた。 またロイターが確認したバイナンスUSの社内メッセージによれば、バイナンスUSの幹部は、自ら関知しないところで送金が行われていたため流出を懸念していたという。2020年年末、当時のバイナンスUSのCEOであるキャサリン・コーリー（Catherine Coley）氏が財務担当役員へ送金の説明を求めたようだが、コーリー氏の問いについては明確な返答はなされていなかった。 その後もコーリー氏は、財務部門担当者らへ対し送金についての説明を求め続けたが、明確な回答は得られていないことが確認できる。 また昨年にウォールストリート・ジャーナルは、米SEC（証券取引委員会）がコーリー氏へ、バイナンスUSの全てのマーケットメーカー・その所有者・取引活動に関する情報を要求する召喚状を送っていたと報じていた。 また以前から司法省がバイナンスをマネーロンダリングと制裁措置違反の疑いで捜査していることは、各メディアによって先日から報じられている。 バイナンスUS及びバイナンスは、このことに関するロイターの質問に回答しなかったが、バイナンスのパトリック・ヒルマン（Patrick…
