ATOMのインフレ率が20％から10％へ コスモス（Cosmos）ネットワークの中心となるブロックチェーン「コスモスハブ（Cosmos Hub）」のガバナンスにて、同ブロックチェーンのネイティブトークンATOMの年間最大インフレ率を引き下げる提案が11月26日承認された。 現在ATOMのインフレ率は動的インフレ率を採用しており、インフレ率が7%〜20%の間で変動可能に設定されており、現時点では約14％となっている。今回の提案が承認されたことでこのインフレ率の最大値が20％から10％へ引き下げられることになった。またこれに付随してATOMのステーキングで得られる利回りが約19％から約13.4％になるとのことだ。 コスモスコミュニティではこれまでATOMの価格を下落させないようにしつつ、コミュニティへのインセンティブを与え参加者を増やすためにインフレ率を調整するという課題を抱えていた。しかし、今回の提案でこのインフレ率を下げるに至ったとのことだ。 ・同提案は締め切りの直前には否決されると予想されていたが、最終的には賛成41.1％、反対38.5％の僅差で可決された。 同提案に最も多くの賛成票を投じたゼロナレッジバリデーター（Zero Knowledge Validator）は「2桁のインフレは安全保障上不必要であり、長期的にはAtomの価格を損ない、DeFiやAtom経済圏内の他の分野でのATOMの使用を妨げる」とX（旧ツイッター）にて述べている。 一方最大の反対票を投じたのはオールノードズ（AllNodes）で、この変更は小規模なバリデーターに悪影響を与える可能性があると主張し、唐突で研究が不十分であると提案を非難し、「Atom の構築、取引、検証に携わる小売業者や企業に大混乱をもたらす可能性のあるアイデアです」と述べている。 コスモスエコシステムは最近大きく拡大を続けており、11月14日には同エコシステム内のトークン発行プロトコルのノーブル（Noble）を介して米ドルステーブルコイン「USDC」をブロックチェーン間で転送する「クロスチェーン転送プロトコル（Cross-Chain Transfer Protocol：CCTP）」がコスモスをサポートする予定が発表されている。 関連ニュース 米サークルの「CCTP」、「Noble」からコスモスエコシステムをサポートへ、dYdXも利用予定 コスモス系EVMチェーン「Evmos」、コスモス形式のトランザクション廃止へ dYdXチェーン（v4）がオープンソース化、コスモスへの移行開始 ビットトレードにコスモス（ATOM）上場へ、国内3例目 gumiのシンガポール子会社、コスモスハブ（ATOM）のバリデータに参加 参考：ガバナンス投票（mintscan）images：iStocks/taa22 Source: https://www.neweconomy.jp/posts/354971
