NOT A HOTELがシリーズAラウンドで約28億円を調達 「メンバーシップNFT」提供の「NOT A HOTEL（ノットアホテル）」が、シリーズAラウンドにて総額約28億円の資金調達を実施したと2月28日発表した。 「NOT A HOTEL」は昨年10月シリーズAにて19.6億円を調達し、シードラウンドからの累計調達額が約41.1億円になったことを発表していた。そのため今回は追加調達を約8億円実施したことが伺える。なお共に第三者割当による資金調達となる。 シリーズAにて調達した資金の使途については、ソフトウェア開発部門、建築部門を中心とした採用拡大に充てるとのことだ。 発表によるとシリーズAの出資参加者は、前回の調達時に発表されていたANRI、オープンハウスグループ、SMBCベンチャーキャピタル、And Do ホールディングス、および個人投資家に加え、新たにニッセイ・キャピタル、KDDI Open Innovation Fund 3号、GMO VenturePartners、マーキュリアインベストメント、オリエンタルランド・イノベーションズ、グローブアドバイザーズベンチャーズ、サンケイビル、静岡キャピタル、ちばぎんキャピタル、みずほキャピタル、広島ベンチャーキャピタル、STAR CAPITA INVESTMENTS LIMITEDが引受先となっているとのこと。 なお今回の調達によりシードラウンドからの累計調達額は、総額で約50億円になったとのことだ。 「NOT A HOTEL」は昨年開業したNOT A HOTEL AOSHIMA、NASUに続き、福岡や北軽井沢、石垣、みなかみなど、新たな拠点での開発を進めているとのこと。また昨年10月からNOT A HOTELと同様の販売・運営が可能なプラットフォームを提供するパートナー事業「PARTNER…
