In contrast, the second category involves XRP tokens held in Ripple’s escrow wallets. Notably, these XRP tokens within the escrow wallets remain inaccessible to the company. The report shows that as of the end of September, XRP in Ripple’s spendable balance was 5,258,162,324 (5.25 billion) tokens.
