In a court filing on Monday, the SEC urged a D.C. court to approve an inspection into the digital asset exchange. The regulator has been investigating Binance.US over potential violations of securities laws since last year. This latest move marks a significant escalation of the SEC’s efforts to hold the crypto company accountable. Binance.US has not yet respomded on the matter.
