The U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission has requested spot Solana ETF applicants to submit updated S-1 filings, a key regulatory milestone signalling imminent approval, likely in early July itself. Bloomberg ETF analysts Eric Balchunas and James Seyffart have also said that an Altcoin ETF Summer is on the cards, with Solana leading the way. As per their latest Bloomberg Terminal post, they are giving spot Solana ETFs 90% approval odds. The analysts reveal that the SEC could be quick to approve staking ETF filings, which includes Rex Osprey’s Sol + Staking ETF (SSK). The SEC’s green light would confirm the highly bullish Solana price predictions given by prominent analysts. Moreover, Solana meme coins like Fartcoin, Dogwifhat and SPX6900 have emerged as excellent beta bets on SOL and are among the top-performing crypto assets over the past several weeks.
