I woke up and went over to my parent’s house and helped make brunch, as we had family in town visiting over the weekend. Pancakes, bacon, scrambled eggs and chilaquiles. Coffee. Various berries. And my daughter made these candied cranberries which were delightful. As Borat would say, “Great success.” Then work and chores and a hike in the woods and it was such a lovely day I was in a tank-top and shorts out on the trail. In December.
