US President Donald Trump said that the United States (US) will prevent China from obtaining Nvidia’s most advanced semiconductor technology, CBS News reported on Monday. Trump underscored national security risks as Washington’s continued focus on restricting the flow of cutting-edge artificial intelligence hardware to its strategic rival. Elsewhere, Trump said on Sunday he will not attend the Supreme Court’s upcoming oral arguments concerning the legality of his global tariffs. Justices have a Wednesday hearing scheduled for arguments on the tariffs case. Trump further stated that despite his desire to be there, he does not want to create a distraction during the hearing.
