According to Bloomberg ETF analyst James Seyffart, VanEck submitted its preliminary prospectus on June 13, completing the lineup of hopeful Solana ETF providers.

This development follows a flurry of activity after the SEC reportedly reached out to issuers earlier this week, requesting them to revise their Solana ETF applications to include staking. As of 5 p.m. EST on June 13, six issuers had updated their S-1 filings in response. VanEck’s filing now rounds out the group, underscoring the growing momentum behind Solana-based investment products.
