Air Media NFT Group, in partnership with G Villas Siargao, is launching a Web3 Resort in the Surf Capital of the Philippines, Siargao, featuring a collection of 300 Pixel Art Beach Villa NFTs known as Siargao Villa NFTs.Holders of Siargao Villa NFTs will receive perks such as 10 nights of stay every year for 10 years, an island tour in Siargao, and the freedom to swap, trade, and lease their NFTs.The Siargao Villa NFTs will be sold at 1 ETH (∼ ₱84,195 at the time of writing this article) on Private sale and estimated at around 1.8 ETH (∼ ₱151,500) on Public Sale. The minting date will be on February 19, 2023, but the Minting Website is still not disclosed.

Air Media NFT Group, an end-to-end Web3 non-fungible token (NFT) Marketing Studio, in partnership with G Villas Siargao, is set to launch a Web3 Resort in the Surf Capital of the Philippines, Siargao. 

The project will feature a collection of 300 Pixel Art Beach Villa NFTs, known as Siargao Villa NFTs, created by Jojo Briones and will come with a limited edition Siargao famous icons like Cloud 9 deck, Surfing Spots, and more.

And this is where G Villas Siargao is claiming to be the first known web3 resort in the country, as holders of Siargao Villa NFTs will receive miscellaneous perks such as 10 nights of stay every year for 10 years and an island tour in Siargao, and the freedom to swap, trade, and lease their NFTs. 

According to the team behind the project, each NFT will be sold at 1 ETH (∼  ₱84,195) on Private sale and estimated at around 1.8 ETH (∼ ₱151,500) on Public Sale. The minting date will be on February 19, 2023, but the Minting Website is still not disclosed.

Also, aside from the perks mentioned above, holders may also obtain other exclusive perks like discounts on food and transportation through airdrops.

“It’s a community-owned project fractionalized into rewarding timeshare (RTS) NFTs, transforming the way investors build their diversified portfolio, with access to diverse digital assets, low transaction costs and the ability to trade 24/7,”

In a statement, they revealed that 20% of the mint sale and 3% Royalties will go to a still undisclosed charity institution in Siargao Island.

Further, staking NFTs will also generate the owners passive income as it gives dividends on the Resorts Annual Room sales. This will be air dropped to the NFT owner’s wallet automatically.

“Air Media NFT Group will also continue to move forward with plans to expand in Real Estate NFPT (Non Fungible Property Tokens) through Siargao Island NFT Land Sale. It’s a 2 Hectare Beachfront Property in the Island that will be the Crypto Island of the Philippines,” the developers stated, noting their upcoming pipeline and development plan.

Prior to Siargao Villa NFT, there is also another island NFT project that launched in July 2022. The Inflatable Island PH, located in Subic, Zambales, released the Octohedz NFT Collection built on the Ethereum Blockchain— the floaties in the resort are NFT-based and correspond to digital tokens.
