XRP could be heading for a dramatic price move — and an expert is sounding the alarm. Drawing comparisons to XRP’s explosive rally and subsequent crash in 2017, the expert warns that while a major price surge could be on the horizon, it could quickly be followed by a devastating 90% crash.
History May Be Repeating Itself
According to the expert’s chart analysis, XRP is mirroring its 2017 price structure, when a Bullish Stochastic RSI (SRSI) cross on the monthly time frame triggered a 20x price surge. Back then, XRP skyrocketed before crashing 96%, wiping out unsuspecting investors the analyst refers to as “dumb money.”

The chart shows that XRP is once again approaching a critical SRSI cross, a signal that previously preceded the 2017 rally. The analyst added, “2017 looks a lot like present time before the 20x move.” If history repeats, XRP could see a sharp rally before facing another severe sell-off.
The Warning: Be the 5%, Not the 95%
The analyst challenges traders to be part of the 5% ‘smart money’ who take profits before the market turns. The chart marks a future “pink box” area where he predicts a 90% crash could occur after the next market top.
